This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services purchased through our website at intuitquickbooks.us. By purchasing any service, you acknowledge and agree to these refund terms.

Our Promise: If you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us first. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve your concern before a refund is issued.

Section 13

Refund Eligibility

One-Time Assistance

  • Full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if no work has commenced.
  • If work is partially completed, a prorated refund may be issued based on remaining work.
  • No refund once the service has been fully delivered and accepted.

Weekly, Monthly & Yearly Plans

  • Full refund within 14 calendar days of initial payment, provided no service period has been rendered.
  • After 14 days, a prorated refund for any unused future service periods.
  • No refund for service periods already rendered.

3-Year Plans

  • Full refund within 30 calendar days of initial payment, provided no service period has been rendered.
  • After 30 days, prorated refund based on remaining unused service months.
  • A 10% early termination fee applies after the first 90 days.

Custom Plans

  • Refund terms are agreed upon individually in the signed service contract.
  • In the absence of a specific clause, Yearly Plan terms apply.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Service periods that have already been fully rendered and delivered
  • Setup fees, onboarding fees, or administrative fees (if separately charged)
  • Any add-on services or one-time consultations that have been completed
  • Fees paid for expedited or rush services
  • Taxes collected and remitted to applicable tax authorities
  • Services cancelled after the applicable refund window has closed
  • Payments under Custom contracts where the contract specifies non-refundable terms

Note on Taxes: All prices are listed before applicable taxes. Tax amounts collected are remitted to the relevant authorities and cannot be refunded by Business Book Services.

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at billing@intuitquickbooks.us or call 888-834-2112.
  2. Include your full name, business name, the service purchased, invoice/order number, and reason for the request.
  3. Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
  4. We will review and respond with a determination within 7 business days.
  5. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If that method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative resolution.

Prorated Refund Calculation

Prorated refunds are calculated based on the number of unused full service periods remaining at the time of cancellation, divided by the total service periods purchased, multiplied by the total amount paid (excluding non-refundable fees).

Disputes & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in immediate suspension of services, ineligibility for future services, and additional dispute resolution fees as permitted by law.

All disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
